PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band utilized for controlling/distinguishing patients as in use of a conventional wrist band, and also usable for correctly guiding consultation facilities such as a consultation room, an examination room or the like in a hospital, verifying whether the consultation room, the examination room or the like in the hospital where the patient arrives is correct or not: to provide a wrist band making device, a control program for the wrist band making device and a system for guiding the wrist band: and to provide a method for controlling the wrist band making device. PSOLUTION: The wrist band 30a is provided with a consultation-facilities display part 92 on which first examination information 92a, second examination information 92b and third examination information 92c are displayed. The respective displayed contents of the information are shown as textual information. Examination contents which the patient receives are displayed at the upper column of a display area, and the name of the examination room where the examination is performed is displayed at the lower column of the display area. The respective display areas comprise consultation-facilities distinguishing marks whose base colors are color-coded by colors specifying the examination room displayed at the lower column of the display area.
