PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or remove an influence of a removable singular point in the operation of a translinear loop.;SOLUTION: A translinear network 34 includes first translinear loops (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) and second translinear loops (Q4, Q3, Q5, Q6). A circuit 36 of a Trafton-Hastings clamp is connected to generate a sectional-polynomial-continuous current IY and in a current IX=0, its value is made indefinite by the removable singular point in a transfer equation in this point. A current mirror 38 equipped with a plurality of transistors (M1, M2, M3) is connected to the circuit 36 of the Trafton Hastings clamp and is operated to further apply currents of transistors Q3 and Q5 to IX when conducting a transistor Q7 of the Trafton-Hastings clamp, thereby perturbing the removable singular point in the transfer equation to a left half plane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
