The wiper has a driving support (10) displaced along an alternative rotational movement around a cleaning axis which is perpendicular to a surface to be wiped. A wiping brush is rotated with respect to an arm which is rotated on the support. Control units control the rotation of the arm and the brush according to the angular displacement of the support. The units are partially carried by a plate integrated with a bearing of a driving engine shaft. A pin (100) permits temporary integration of the support and the plate.
