The exchanger has flat tubes (5) each including two main sides extending along planes over the length of the tube, and mutually aligned in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the planes. Each tube has an end part (9) moved by torsion for extending in the longitudinal direction and engaging in a longitudinal slit, where the slit is common to several tubes and formed across a tubular wall (1) of a manifold case. Rings surrounding the case separate the end parts from each other for increasing alignment pitch of the tubes with respect to their length.
