The bracket has a quadrilateral frame (V) comprising a side (51) having a step shaped wedge, where the side (51) is perpendicular to locking parts (56). Each part (56) has inner sides spaced at a distance (B) that is equal to a width of fins. A lower side of the wedge and an upper surface of an opposed side (53) of the frame are at same level. A reinforcement (55) is provided parallel to the side (51) and situated between the inner sides of the parts (56). The distance (A) between an inner side of the reinforcement and the wedge is equal to the length of the fins.
