The device has a cylindrical drum (1) comprising at each end a flange with a crank (2) permitting the winding of a cover (7). The cover is folded in two equal parts and possesses a transversal seam approximately at 60 centimeters from the fold. The cover is fixed on the drum at the location of the fold. A fixation support system comprises an end folded at square and pierced with holes for placing and fixing the device in frontage of a beam or in ceiling.
