The method involves determining fields for traceability system, and allocating, digital data representing measured and/or evaluation quality values, for criterions (211-219, 221-227, 231-234, 241-244, 251, 261-264, 271-273, 281, 282, 291-293) determined for each field. A mathematical regression function is applied to result obtained by multiplying data for criterions for obtaining, for each field, digital data representing quality value of the respective field. An alert and/or control for stopping a production system are emitted when data for one of the fields is lower than a preset threshold. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for controlling the quality of products delivered by a production system (2) a computer program product comprising program code instructions for implementing steps of a product quality controlling method.
