The method involves carrying out a medical analysis using an automaton (A), and producing an analysis result in electronic form. An electronic file representative of the analysis result is created from the analysis result and a database. A final document comprising a part of information of the electronic file is transferred, online, to a web server (2). The electronic file is formatted with XML. An independent claim is also included for a medical information transferring system.
