The method involves creating an electronic print file on a server (1), which is readable in a machine language and representative of an initial document. The file is sent to a printer (11) connected to the server for printing the document. The file from the server is received on a server (2), and a part of information is extracted from the file and transformed into a format readable in a human language. The extracted information part is stored in a database (22) of the server (2), and the stored information is transferred to a web server (3). An independent claim is also included for an information transferring system.
