The method involves automatically evaluating already existing structured and recorded medical data according to temporal and medical principles under application of a rule type. The medical data are merged and are transferred in a disease management program (DMP)-form. The data recorded in the form are sorted and are filed, where sorting takes place according to temporary criteria.
