The device has a cylindrical male part integrated to a capillary accessory which penetrates in a female part (2) implanted on a scalp. The male part is mounted by a cylindrical rubber joint, and is equipped with a round periphery at a corner (12) of the male part. The male part and the female part are made of zirconia and titanium. A median zone (6) of the male part is wedged on walls of a case (4) of the female part to avoid tilting of the male part.
