The locking element is movable with respect to the moving profile along a transversal direction distinct from a locking direction between a locked position and a released position. A retaining mechanism guides the displacement of the locking element based on a sliding direction with respect to the moving profile from the locked position till a safety position in which the displacement of the element with respect to a fixed profile is prohibited.
