The case has an opening (30) in a receptacle passing through a symmetrical plane near an articulation that connects a cover (2) to a receptacle and pierces an edge that delimits a place (E) of a disk e.g. compact disk, where the opening is blocked by an axle (40). The axle carries a polygonal shaped prismatic lever block (50). The lever block moves in the opening, where the block has a ramp (51) that is projected in the place of the disk, and a display side (53) appears across a back (23) for indicating the absence of disk in the case.
