The case has an opening (30) made in a receptacle (1) and passing through a symmetrical plane near an articulation (17) connecting a cover (2) to the receptacle and piercing an edge (12) delimiting a location (E) of a disk, where the opening is blocked by an axle (40). A prismatic lever block (50) has a ramp (51), and a display side (53) to indicate the absence of the disk in the case, where the block is movable in the opening. The ramp and the side are separated by a support side (52) against which an inner side (24) of the cover is supported when the block is in a disk absence position.
