Anti-skid device for e.g. tire of motor vehicle, has clamp with end comprising lock for locking another end of clamp in closed position when clamp is active and for ensuring extraction action on latter end when clamp is inactive
The device has an anti-skid portion (3) provided on a tire tread (6) and a clamp (2) for laterally maintaining the device in an interior flank (5) of the tire. The clamp has an end comprising a lock (1) for locking another end of the clamp in closed position when the clamp is active and for authorizing an extraction action on the latter end when the clamp is inactive. The latter end has a terminal portion pivoting with respect to the clamp. An extraction unit is constituted of a cable and configured for pivoting the terminal portion for extracting the portion outside the lock.
