The cover has two semi-covers slidably coupled to each other, where each semi-cover has pins arranged on two opposite sides of the semi-cover and projected towards exterior of the cover. A unidirectional locking system is formed of a rod (31) and a toothed bar (41). The locking system authorizes sliding between the semi-covers along a sliding direction and inhibits sliding between the semi-covers in another direction opposite to the sliding direction. The locking system is unlocked for permitting sliding between the semi-covers in the opposite direction.
