The panel has large periphery slots (1, 1`) on its edges for receiving a beam (5) to maintain the panel in a wall. The slots have a base with narrow periphery slots (2, 2`) for receiving cords (6,6`) such that the cords are formed around the panel. A loop is seized by a lifting unit for suspending the panel for the manipulation and placement of the panel in its work position irrespective of the position of the panel in a vertical plane. The cords are removed from the panel by sliding into the narrow slots.
