The panel has two end faces (2a, 2b) that are perpendicular to a principal faces (1a). Two walls (3a, 3b) connect each principal face and the end faces. Two mounting posts (5a, 5b) form a plan of framework that is parallel to the principal face. The end faces comprise a groove (6a, 6b) of a housing of an assembling element, where the groove is parallel to the plane of framework. The walls are provided with a shoulder (4a, 4b) that constitutes a positioning unit of an adjacent panel. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling two panels.
