The device has an electric motor comprising a yoke and a shaft. A control board (3) is attached to a mass. A conductive seal (4) connects the control board and the electric motor, and is utilized as a shock absorber. The control board is electrically attached at the yoke of the motor by the seal. The control board consists of a conductive strip (30), which is attached to the mass and is designed to make a contact with the seal. A housing (1) has two grooves (10), which lie parallel to an axis of the shaft of the electric motor. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing equipotential line between a yoke of the electric motor and a control board of the drive device attached at the mass.
