The device has a generating unit (3A) generating position difference between wingman aircrafts and a main leader aircraft. A generating unit (7A) generates position difference between the wingman aircrafts and an auxiliary leader aircraft. A storing unit (8) stores the position difference between the wingman aircrafts and auxiliary aircraft. A calculation unit (4) determines fight paths permitting the wingman aircrafts to follow the main and auxiliary aircrafts, respectively. A guiding unit (6) assists the guiding of the wingman aircrafts along the determined paths.
