The device (2A) has an information generating unit (3A) generating position and dating information of wingman and leader aircrafts e.g. fighter aircraft. A path determining unit (4) determines a path corresponding to a flight path followed by the wingman aircraft with the help of information. Another path determining unit (7) determines another path corresponding to the former path with the help of the former path and a time shift of the aircrafts. The latter path permits the wingman aircraft to fly along the same path of the leader aircraft at posterior duration equal to the time shift.
