The method involves connecting a conductive fabric and a support element that comprises an adhesive layer (22a) applied on a surface of a polyethylene terephthalate film (21a). The fabric is cut to form a heating element (10b). An conductive adhesive (40) is applied on the element (10b), and electric terminals (50) are fixed to distal ends of the element (10b). A protective sheet (60) is fixed to a surface of the element (10b) opposite to the film. The film is retracted from the element (10b), and another protective sheet is fixed to the surface of the element (10b) opposite to the sheet (60).
