The device for collecting, filtering and treating rain water from roof for sanitary installation such as toilet, washing machine/for watering of garden, comprises a supply network for draining water from gutters and supplying to the device, a filter for removing coarse impurities such as leaves, twigs or other organic matters or solids, a storage tank (4) connected to the filter by a connecting system, a floating safety valve triggering an alarm while a level of the storage tank is too low, and an overflow siphon. The device for collecting, filtering and treating rain water from roof for sanitary installation such as toilet, washing machine/for watering of garden, comprises a supply network for draining water from gutters and supplying to the device, a filter for removing coarse impurities such as leaves, twigs or other organic matters or solids, a storage tank (4) connected to the filter by a connecting system, a floating safety valve triggering an alarm while a level of the storage tank is too low, an overflow siphon, and a permutation unit to modify the water flow in the sanitary installations. The storage tank is equipped with a column (4b) in which a rain water purification module is disposed, and is comprised with an opening equipped with the siphon, a grid (4d) and a valve to block an access of water towards the storage tank. The purification module and the column consists of overlaying trays containing filtering media, which is arranged in a cascade. The filter contains two grids between which the filtering media or a geotextile material is laid out. The first grid has mesh with gaps more than the second grid. A lower part of the column contains a mineralite based coating media, and has bends to allow the release of rainwater towards the storage tank. The column contains an air pump laid out on the plug. The storage tank is made up of concrete, plastic or composite.
