PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fizzy alcoholic drink having a characteristic where mild bitterness lasts until later, and to provide the fizzy alcoholic drink produced by this method of production. PSOLUTION: This method for producing the fizzy alcoholic drink is provided, by making the total amount of low molecular weight bitter taste components in the produced fizzy alcoholic drink is set as 20% or higher than the sum of the total amount of iso- acid and the total amount of the low molecular weight bitter taste components by using hop stored under a high temperature.
