PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing performance determination reference chart suitable to be used for determining necessity of color calibration (printing performance), or the like. PSOLUTION: This printing performance determination reference chart printed on a printing medium by a printing device which is an object for printing performance determination is characterized by being equipped with a change-with-time determination domain having the first domain comprising a color element of black, and the second domain comprising each color element of cyanogen, magenta and yellow, and constituted with a component ratio by which each color component forms the same color as black constituted in the first domain; and a printing performance determination reference domain of the printing device having a patch of an upper limit color and a patch of a lower limit color determined by fluctuating a plurality of prescribed reference colors vertically in a prescribed allowable color range.
