PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic element editing device, a scroll method of the graphic element editing device, a graphic element editing program and a storage medium thereof for easily judging graphic elements when scrolling a picture.;SOLUTION: This graphic element editing device is provided with: a whole display means 31 for displaying the overall view of graphic data 37 at a first display part; a sub-window display means 33 for displaying the overall view at a second display part; a picture division means 32 for dividing the second display part into a plurality of cell regions; a picture enlarging means 35 for enlarging the cell region to the first display part for display; and a current display cell clarification means 34 for clarifying the cell region displayed so as to be enlarged to the first display part in the cell region of the second display part. When the switching instruction of the cell region is input by an input means 27, the picture enlarging means enlarges the cell region to the first display part for display, and the current display cell clarification means clarifies the cell region displayed so as to be enlarged, and clarifies the cell region displayed so as to be enlarged to the first display part in the past.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
