PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house management system coping with an emergency earthquake flash, improving the accuracy of earthquake information, improving selectivity of an earthquake message, and continuing to give an earthquake message even when a major shaking has occurred and a speaking line is disconnected in the course of giving an earthquake message on detecting an initial slight shaking.;SOLUTION: This multiple dwelling house management system coping with an emergency earthquake flash, includes: a warning monitoring panel 1 installed in a janitor room of a multiple dwelling house; and dwelling house information terminals 2 installed in the respective dwelling houses of the multiple dwelling house, wherein the warning monitoring panel 1 includes an earthquake warning command signal transmitting means 1A for transmitting an earthquake warning command signal to the dwelling house information terminals 2 of the respective dwelling houses on receiving an earthquake detection signal based on an emergency earthquake flash transmitted through a communication network N, and each dwelling house information terminal 2 of each dwelling house includes a storage means 2A storing a predetermined earthquake message; and an informing means 2B for reading the predetermined earthquake message and informing the same on receiving an earthquake warning command signal from the warning monitoring panel 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
