PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum auger machine capable of obtaining a good columnar body reduced in the content of residual air, prevented from the hardening of a body in a vacuum chamber and enhanced in homogeneity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the columnar body containing a ceramics raw material.;SOLUTION: The vacuum auger machine 30 is provided with a primary drum 1 for kneading the body, a secondary drum 2, which has the finely dividing part 16 arranged to the outlet of the primary drum 1 and provided with a plurality of flow channels for finely dividing the body, the vacuum chamber 10 internally receiving the inflow of the body through a plurality of the flow channel of the finely dividing part 16 to degass the body under vacuum, the secondary screw 4 having a spiral rotary blade 5 provided therein and a body supply part 19 internally receiving the supply of the body through the vacuum chamber 10, to receive the inflow of the supplied body to extrude the columnar body 15 while kneading the body by the rotation of a rotary blade 5 and the body rectifying part provided in the vacuum chamber 10 and has a body rectifying inclined surface inclined toward the rotary shaft 6 of the secondary screw 4 from at least a wall surface in the vacuum chamber 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
