PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a pretreatment by means of water spray and ventilation before reclaiming incineration ash in a shorter period of time and at a small area.;SOLUTION: Before reclaiming the incineration ash, the incineration ash is put into a portable pretreatment space 100 and scattered, and the intermittent water sprinkling at a prescribed interval and ventilation treatment are performed to execute the pretreatment. By appropriately controlling the time interval of the intermittent water sprinkling, the efficient pretreatment is executed regardless of the scattering thickness. The portable pretreatment space 100 is configured so as to be moved by a truck or the like, is carried into the pretreatment facility 200 where water supply equipment, water discharge equipment and air supply equipment are arranged and is installed in the state that the incineration ash is put in. The pretreatment is executed keeping the incineration ash in the portable pretreatment space 100 there. When the pretreatment is ended, the portable pretreatment space 100 is moved to landfill by a truck or the like and only the incineration ash in it is abandoned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
