PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing method of a link chain having fatigue strength of 230N/mm2 or more only by applying mechanical vibration.;SOLUTION: This link chain having the fatigue strength of 230N/mm2 or more and its manufacturing method, are characterized in that the link chain of low carbon alloy steel before quenching/tempering processing or after quenching/tempering processing, is placed on a polishing tank of a vibration polishing machine, and a surface is polished by vibration polishing in a stationary state or a carrying state, and the surface is polished by the vibration polishing of setting a projection and the burr height of a boundary part between a parallel part and a curved part of an individual link of the link chain, to 60 μm or less, desirably, to 30 μm or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
