PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical record input program, an electronic medical record input device and an electronic medical record input method for simplifying the input of electronic medical records. PSOLUTION: This electronic medical record input program for making a computer execute the support of the input of electronic medical records includes: an input procedure for accepting the input of medical examination act information with respect to the electronic medical records; a decision procedure for deciding the candidate of a medical examination act next to the medical examination act relating to the medical examination act information based on the history information of the medical examination act in the past medical examinations recorded in a storage device; and an input candidate display procedure for making a display device display the candidates of the next medical examination act as the input candidates with respect to the electronic medical records.
