PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly reduce an input burden of medical treatment practice information to an electronic medical chart. PSOLUTION: A computer is made to execute procedures of: receiving designation of a medical examinee; obtaining information indicating a present state of the designated medical examinee from a medical examinee state storage means storing the information indicating the present state in state transition of a symptom in each medical examinee; obtaining information indicating a state allowing next transition with respect to the medical examinee based on a state transition storage means storing information indicating the state transition and the information indicating the present state of the designated medical examinee; obtaining information indicating a candidate of medical treatment practice to the state allowing the next transition about the designated medical examinee from a medical treatment practice candidate storage means storing the information indicating the candidate of the medical treatment practice in each state in the state transition of the symptom; and making a screen capable of displaying a list of the candidates of the medical treatment practice be displayed based on the obtained information indicating the candidate of the medical treatment practice.
