PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing circuit of an electro-optical display device capable of reducing loads on a control circuit for controlling the drawing circuit, and to provide a drawing method of the electro-optical display device, the electro-optical display device and electronic equipment. PSOLUTION: A drawing control circuit generates a command macro comprising a series of commands for displaying a prescribed image on an electrophoretic display panel in a command macro area of an operation memory in a drawing circuit on the basis of a CM-WR control command from a microcomputer.
