PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system detecting walking ability obtainable from walking of a subject and proposing an exercise menu for falling prevention and exercise function improvement on the basis of the walking ability or a risk of falling estimated from the walking ability. PSOLUTION: The system has: a walking ability detecting means for obtaining walking ability of the subject from the subject's walking for a prescribed distance; a risk of falling determining means for determining the risk of falling from value of the walking ability; an exercise menu proposing means for proposing an exercise menu for falling prevention and exercise function improvement in accordance with the walking ability or the risk of falling; and a display means for displaying the exercise menu and the walking ability and/or the falling risk.
