PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for narrowing down a wrongful act suspect, a wrongful act suspect information processing device, and a wrongful act suspect information processing program for efficiently monitor a wrongful act suspect.;SOLUTION: A moving object recognition device 20 analyzes a photographed video from a monitoring camera 10 and determines a wrongful act suspect. The moving object recognition device 20, when determining the wrongful act suspect, transmits the determination result to a system server 40. The system server 40 which has received it, register the received information to a database 52 for report data and performs alert processing by displaying a picture including the video from the monitoring camera 10 which has photographed the wrongful act suspect.
