PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for raising seedling for seeds, causing no flowing off of seed due to rain, wind or water spray after seeding by spraying or the like on a slope of an embankment or a forest land when planting a ground cover plant such as lawn in greening of ground surface reinforcing work or the like, and capable of coping with greening and agriculture.;SOLUTION: The sheet is provided by forming adhesive layers arranged with many independent adhesive parts on a sheet body all over the surface, having spaces separating each of the adhesive parts and forming on the sheet body assemblies of independent adhesive parts, and constituted integratedly with releasing paper.
