PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic ion clathrate having reduced bitter taste and deliquescence of a metallic ion compound mixture derived from seawater to improve the ingestability and handleability. PSOLUTION: The metallic ion clathrate is produced by compounding a cyclodextrin to a mixture of metallic ion compounds produced by using seawater as a raw material. The mixture of metallic ion compounds is bittern produced by subjecting deep ocean water to various treatments such as concentration and desalting.
