There are claimed purified cyclodextrin derivatives of sulphoalkyl ethers or mixtures thereof, wherein cyclodextrin derivatives are presented by general formula:wherein n is equal to 4…6, the substituents are disclosed in the description.There are also claimed a clathrate complex of cyclodextrin derivatives with different medicinal substances and a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, containing the said complex and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
