PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new model animal highly associated with human attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). PSOLUTION: This useful substance for the prevention and/or treatment of the ADHD can be screened by administering a test substance to an animal deficient in the function of the subunit p85 of PI3K and analyzing its action pattern by neuroscientific view points.
