PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for loosening prevention which gives soft touch, is able to accurately prevent the loosening, gives sufficient design and is excellent in processing efficiency in a process for preventing loosening in peripheral edges of a pile fabric.;SOLUTION: Loosening of the pile fabric is accurately prevented with soft touch of the pile and hardly affected in the pile of peripheral edges by melting and cutting the pile fabric by attaching an ultrasonic vibration element and simultaneously melting and solidifying the cross section with leaving a style of yarns of the pile fabric through assiduous investigation to find the solution of the problem to be solved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
