PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provides new compositions and methods for use in the treatment of Bcl-2-associated diseases like cancer, specifically, in the treatment of follicular lymphoma (FL), and to inhibit Bcl-2 protein expression by liposomal antisense oligodeoxynucleotide. PSOLUTION: The composition contains a first polynucleotide hybridizing polynucleotide encoding a second Bcl-2 under intracellular conditions and a neutral lipid assembled with the first polynucleotide, wherein the composition contains no cationic lipide.
