BAMBOO MATERIAL-CONTAINING MUSHROOM CULTIVATION MEDIUM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mushroom cultivation medium intended for shortening number of mushroom cultivation days, increasing yield, and especially about taste, making taste with body through adding sweetness and flavor to deliciousness, through further improving a previously provided mushroom cultivation medium which is obtained by mixing crushed grains of a fibrous plant material such as wood sawdust, chaff and rice straw with dry solid of shochu distilled lees and adding water to the mixture to adjust to required moisture content. PSOLUTION: This bamboo material-containing mushroom cultivation medium is obtained by mixing crushed grains of a bamboo material with dry solid of shochu distilled lees and adding water to the mixture to adjust to required moisture content. Alternatively, the bamboo material-containing mushroom cultivation medium is obtained by mixing crushed grains of a fibrous plant material such as wood and crushed grains of a bamboo material with dry solid of shochu distilled lees and adding water to the mixture to adjust to required moisture content.
