PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfalling structure of a surface of a structure, which prevents the flaking of the concrete-finished or cement mortar-finished surface of the structure, which is excellent in constructibility and weatherability, and which can exert high strength.;SOLUTION: This unfalling structure is constituted by providing at least a primer layer (2) and a reinforcing layer (4) on the surface of the structure (1). The reinforcing layer (4) is formed from a urethane-hardened material containing carbon fibers. In the reinforcing layer (4), the ratio of the number of carbon fiber bundles, in which the three carbon fibers or more are agglomerated, to the number of carbon fiber segments contained in the reinforced layer is 10% or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
