PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the diffusion of fine particles of mess of domestic animals generated at the time of agitation through hydration with mist and eliminate disaster, for example, contamination, nuisance to human beings, environmental destruction, offensive odor, and the like in a fermentation process. PSOLUTION: The fermentation device for mess of domestic animals includes a carriage 3 movable on a movable body travelling along the wall surface of a fermentation tank 1, an agitation means 6 that is hung on the carriage, several agitating fans 8 provided in a forward direction, a spraying means each attached to the agitating fans, and a drive section that drives the movable body and agitating means. Thus, the fermentation process is designed to prevent the diffusion of the mess of the domestic animals generated at the time of agitation through the hydration with the mist.
