PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure visibility according to the stopped state or the traveling state of a vehicle.;SOLUTION: A visibly recognizing device 100 comprises a mirror body 110, a detection unit 120, and a control unit 130. The mirror body 110 comprises a half mirror 111 having predetermined reflectance and predetermined transmittance, and an openable/closable shutter 112 which is superposed on the back side of the reflecting surface of the half mirror 111. The detection unit 120 detects a position of a shift gear of a moving body.
