PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusion characteristic analyzing apparatus and an occlusion characteristic analyzing method, which are capable of analyzing occlusion characteristics on the basis of a pressure applied between an upper tooth and a lower tooth in occlusion and the position and time of the pressure application. PSOLUTION: The occlusion characteristic analyzing apparatus 100 includes: a pressure measurement part 11 for measuring the pressure applied between the upper tooth and the lower tooth in the occlusion, and the position to which the pressure is applied; a timing part 23 for timing a time at which the pressure measurement part 11 measures the pressure; a storage part 24 for storing the information on the pressure and the position measured by the pressure measurement part 11 corresponding to the information on the time timed by the timing part 23; an occlusion characteristic-analyzing part 25 for analyzing the occlusion characteristics on the basis of the information stored in the storage part 24; and a display part 26 for displaying an analyzed result by the occlusion characteristic-analyzing part 25.
