PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly modifying a chromosome for inducing activation of homologous recombination at the meiotic division stage while minimizing the structure of the chromosome at an arbitrary site on the chromosome. PSOLUTION: The single DNA fragment having a selection marker gene, a DNA present at the vicinity of the 5' upstream and the 3' downstream of the selection marker gene, and activating the recombination at the meiotic division stage, and a DNA for incorporating the DNA for activating the selection marker gene and the recombination at the meiotic division stage, and having high generality is provided.
