PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support assignment determination of persons in charge who respond to inquiry items to a help desk.;SOLUTION: The inquiry responder assignment support system 100 comprises: a new item information recording part 150 which stores contents of new inquiry items to the help desk as item information; a new item load value calculation part 151 which calculates and stores an operation load of each new inquiry item as a new item load value; a responding item load value calculation part 152 which reads responding item information to calculate an operation load of each responding item based on the responding item information, and stores it as a responding item load value; a current load total value calculation part 153 which calculates and stores a current load total value of each responder candidate by adding the responding item load values thereof; and a load scheduled value output part 154 which calculates a load scheduled value of each responder candidate by adding the current load total value of each responder candidate to the new item load value, and outputting information of responder candidates and the load scheduled values thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
