PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ameliorating agent for learning/memory disorder by cerebral ischemia having excellent actions for ameliorating the learning/memory disorder by the cerebral ischemia.;SOLUTION: The ameliorating agent for the learning/memory disorder by the cerebral ischemia comprises at least one kind selected from a water extract of a root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, a water extract of a root of Paeonia lactiflora Pallas, a water extract of a rhizome of Cyperus rotundus Linne and Kangen karyu as an active ingredient.
