PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a sample for powder observation for acquiring the sample dispersed sufficiently uniformly on mesh.;SOLUTION: The method of preparing the sample for powder observation is characterized by including a mixing step of preparing sample mixed liquid by mixing powder to be observed into a solution including a solvent and a dispersant which is soluble into the solvent, and a dispersing step of dispersing the sample mixed liquid by a wet collision type dispersing machine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
